Our Favourite Home Decor Trends of 2016
As 2016 comes to an end, we look back at a fantastic year for home decor trends. Here are some of our favourites that we hope to continue to see through 2017 and beyond!
Reclaimed Timber
We are big on sustainability so naturally we are huge fans of reclaimed timber. Not only are you saving trees, but the rustic textures of recycled wood adds loads of character to any home.

Plants, Plants, Plants
The more the better! Bring the outside in… Plant hangers, pots, boxes and more! It’s super refreshing and just beautiful.

Macrame
We’ve always loved a Macrame plant hanger, but lately we’re seeing it become a popular in chairs, bed heads, wall art and furniture… And it’s just too cute!

Metallic Accents
Metallic accents go perfectly with the metallic pigments we use in our resin artwork, so of course we use them anywhere we can! Copper was a huge hit this year, but we don’t need to tell you why…

Geometric Designs
Geometric decor goes hand in hand with metallic accents, timber, bold colour and greenery. Geometric patterns in throws and pillows are eye-catching and add an energetic feel to any room.

Bold Colours & Patterns
I am absolutely in love with bold colours, as well different textures and patterns used together. I’m loving Moroccan and Guatemalan styles at the moment. Lots of lanterns, rugs, pillows and throws.
