Product Quality & Variation
The products sold by Oraco Resin Arts are all handmade here in Victoria, and while we try to ensure all of our photographs closely represent the original artwork, please understand that resin art looks completely different in person. Believe it or not, it’s way better!
All original artworks are produced on hand-crafted art boards, using MDF panel and timber oak frames. We use quality Epoxy Resin and mixed media from local Australian suppliers. Please ensure you keep artwork out of direct sunlight and use a lint-free cloth to clean.
All prints are printed using pigment based inks on 290gsm Hahnumuhle Fine Art Bamboo genuine art paper (A renewable resource with certified archivability).
Payments & Shipping
Our shipping options include local pickup, local flat rate and domestic flat rate. Shipping costs depend on the product size and your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery usually takes 7-14 days depending on the size of the product and your location. Please allow extra time for commissions and prints, as these are made to order.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to add further items to it. You will need to process another order.
Please take care to enter the correct address details when you place your order and follow your tracking number when your product is sent. If a parcel returns to us marked ‘Return to Sender’ or is ‘Carded’ by our Courier company, there is a processing and re-posting fee to send it to you again.
We currently do not offer international shipping via the online store. Please contact us directly for a quote on international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event of a change of mind, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to cancel your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will stop the process and refund your payment in full.
If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot offer a return or exchange due to the delicate nature of resin art and art prints.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on gift vouchers.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please send us an email at email@example.com or call us on 0430 055 019, within 2 days of delivery, for details of how to return your item for a refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns on items after 2 days.
